比利時(shí)NanoMEGAS公司是一家致力于發(fā)展先進(jìn)的電子晶體學(xué)技術(shù)的高科技公司。目前公司開(kāi)發(fā)的產(chǎn)品包括透射電鏡旋進(jìn)電子衍射技術(shù)、電子衍射計(jì)和透射電鏡晶體取向和晶相發(fā)布自動(dòng)分析系統(tǒng)等,這些先進(jìn)技術(shù)和設(shè)備可以安裝在100-400kV的所有透射電鏡(包括FEI、JEOL、日立、ZEISS等廠家的所有透射型號(hào),有無(wú)STEM附件均可)上。
旋進(jìn)電子衍射技術(shù)將目前廣泛應(yīng)用的電子衍射方法擴(kuò)展到定量晶體學(xué)領(lǐng)域,是電子晶體學(xué)的重大發(fā)展。應(yīng)用旋進(jìn)電子衍射技術(shù)以后,透射電鏡的電子衍射強(qiáng)度接近于運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)理論數(shù)字,可以使用X射線晶體學(xué)的軟件和方法進(jìn)行處理,從而得到納米晶體的二維和三維晶體結(jié)構(gòu)。
透射電鏡晶體取向和晶相發(fā)布自動(dòng)分析系統(tǒng)類(lèi)似于掃描電鏡上的EBSD(背散射電子衍射花樣)分析技術(shù),但其分辨率更高(在場(chǎng)發(fā)射透射電鏡上可以達(dá)到5nm以下)、分析速度更快,而且適合于各種晶體類(lèi)型。
