Milestone's Vision
Milestone was founded in 1989, to provide chemists around the world with advanced microwave platforms on which to accelerate all their sample preparation requirements. Today, with a global installed based of more than 11,000 systems—covering 70% of Fortune 500 companies, as well as large and small research institutions, universities, and laboratories—we have made a substantial contribution to the capabilities of the modern laboratory.
Since the beginning, the breadth of our microwave technology has expanded to support a broad range of techniques, including microwave-accelerated digestion, extraction, ashing, and synthetic chemistry, as well as instrumentation for clean chemistry and mercury analysis.
